Everyone would be so lucky to experience such a lovely cafe. Even more impressive than its homey terrace and beautiful view of Galat tower, is Gem, the owner of the cafe who puts such great care and passion into his cafe. This a cafe, an art gallery, AND a museum! Of what, you ask?
Gem has an incredible and unique collection of hundreds of coffee grinders from around the world old and new. His passion for it is contagious (to his wife’s dismay, they take up a bit of space).

We just stopped in for a coffee, and we got these gorgeous ornaments that her mother made.
We arrived while the government had shut down the city to stop any gay pride events from happening, but instead of experiencing Istanbul celebrating diversity and multiculturalism, our impression is an oppressive government with their boot on the necks of everyday businesses, blocking off streets with police and machine guns.
The cafe was a lovely contrast to that though. We felt VERY welcome.- Yemek

Such a lovely place with the unique beauty of Galata Tower right in front of you. It’s amazing how well this historical landmark has been preserved. The café is great, the view is incredible, and we loved every minute of it! Galata kulesinin eşsiz güzelliği eşliğinde çok güzel bir mekan. Bu kadar güzel korunmuş bir tarih. Cafe ayrı güzel, manzara ayrı güzel. Bayıldık!

El sitio es muy agradable pero el precio exagerado, casi 10 euros por dos cafés espressos. Luego he visto en la carta el precio pero me ha sorprendido a pesar de estar al lado de la torre galata

The place is very nice, but the price is outrageous—almost 10 euros for two espressos. I then saw the price on the menu, but I was surprised, especially considering it's right next to the Galata Tower.

Amazing place the staff & the owner are just so sweet and inviting the ambiance is top tier such a great place to relax and enjoy a nice meal and coffee they even gave me a personal tour thru their whole cafe and museum & personal studio the food was delicious I can’t say enough about this place a must try 10/10
